It's true; when you right goals, ideas, anything down you will have a constant reminder to achieve these goals.
This is such a great tool for change. My mind is constantly bombarded with so many "to-do's". However, writing them down and looking at them in plain black and white is a constant, visual reminder. The greatest point that stood out for me is that the list will make me focus on what I need to work on rather than only on what I am unhappy with in my partner. I cannot direct blame at others if I myself am not the best woman I can be.
