The father of manipulation!

People often give more credit to the devil than he deserves.

They fear him more than they do God and this is very sad.

The devil has no power over many things and it is therefore important to understand how he works in many lives including that of Christians.

He cannot impede anyone of going to church, reading the Bible, to know the truth and to build a relationship with God. However he can create situations where without us even noticing, he will manipulate us into doing everything he wants…

He is the father of manipulation.

Distractions come from all over the place and so we become like puppets in his hands.

She even goes to church but she has so many responsibilities, so many things to do within the church that there is hardly ever time to invest in her relationship with God.

Many times we find ourselves busy with so many unnecessary things that our minds become so busy that we don’t even have time to think. It’s like we are running on auto pilot…

Our mind gets so numb with so many futile thoughts. Every salon and doctor’s waiting area always overflowing with magazines to occupy our minds.

In the car, the radio on with news, gossip, music to influence our behavior, billboards screaming at us to buy a specific product, others ones dictating how perfect we should all be (which is practically impossible) and then frustration follows as we start disliking who we are.

An exterior influence to eliminate our inner selves and an imperceptible manipulation that attacks us from everywhere.

We need to be aware of these manipulations and instead invest in our relationship with God.

Let’s make good use of the fasting of Daniel in these last days of the year and let us bring the devil down!

We cannot be religious nuts. It is very important that we understand this. We need to understand the purpose of this fasting and its objective and we need to act in a way so we may achieve our goal.
